Subanya is a University of Waterloo graduate with years of experience working in Finance where she developed strong financial literacy skills as well as a thorough understanding of strategic planning, investing, and lending. Although her original background was in science, her constant exposure and interest in the Finance and Real Estate industry accelerated her transition in 2015 when she began her career as a Mortgage agent. With her strong financial background and comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, Subanya focuses on building relationships with her clients to truly understand their goals and to ensure she is not only finding the best mortgage solution for her clients but also educating them to make informed financing decisions whether its a residential, commercial or construction mortgage.
