Good mortgage broker. They can find very competitive rates and has great service. However, they can be slow to return messages/calls due to large number of client requests. Planning ahead with your mortgage would avoid any last minute scrambles. Overall a great service provider. I highly recommend Sarah Williams, as she handled my account like a pro and provided my with some good insights.

I worked with Shira A LOT and brielfy Sarah and am through satisfied with my purchase experience. They were very flexible and batted for me when the bank pushed back on date extensions or rate holds. I've dealt with other brokers and did not find the same experience. One note, you have to be organized dealing with SigmaMortgage because of how streamlined there process is, things will move very quickly.

I contacted half a dozen mortgage brokers at the 120 day mark left on my mortgage. They got back to me immediately, had the best rates out of all the brokers, and we completed the majority of the process in 2 weeks. I definitely recommend them as they were polite, professional, and easy to deal with.

I have dealt with many mortgage brokers but nobody was able to satisfy my needs as Sigma Mortgage did. The team is absolutely amazing, especially Kevin Ramer. He is very professional, always getting back to e-mails and phone calls and finished everything way before due date. He is extremely patient and easy to work with. At first, tried to get mortgage from TD mobile as my previous one was from TD but had worst experience from mobile mortgage. That person seemed like was not at all interested in getting business.Then searched online and found Sigma. Tenika and Shawn were very helpful and provided a rate, I never thought would get.great customer service, always replied quickly on emails.Would recommend them to everyone

My boyfriend and I are thinking about buying a house in a year or two, and my parents suggested we call Phil at Sigma to discuss. He confirmed we weren't quite ready yet financially and told us what we needed to do in order to qualify. I have now done 3 deals with Sigma Mortgage and they were fantastic to deal with every time. Phil always got back to me very quickly if I had any questions, and same with his staff. RBC and Scotiabank (who I used to deal with) do not even come close to Sigma's rates. After dealing with them on 3 very different deals, and getting the best rates and service each time, I don't even bother shopping around any more. I highly recommend them for both rates and customer service.
