About me

Nil’s passion in real estate investing and home ownership began when he purchased his first investment property at the age of 21. After graduating from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University he worked for a large Management Consulting firm in Toronto.

After just five months he decided to enter the world of real estate full time by joining one of Ontario’s largest private home buying companies as a Deal Analyst, and then being promoted to their Finance & Investment Manager. His experience there helped him touch a broad range of real estate functions such as deal analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, and renovation management.

Nil entered the mortgage world to help his clients achieve home ownership and financial independence through real estate investing. He’s passionate about being a wealth of knowledge for his clients and providing them with the best possible service.

Outside of real estate, Nil is a huge Toronto Raptors fan, enjoys spending time with family and friends, and discovering new music from around the world.
