About me

Leah Zlatkin is an award winning Mortgage Broker who works with clients across Canada. She is a well known expert who provides straightforward and honest mortgage advice to clients and media outlets from local papers like the Toronto Star to Canada Wide news stations like CTV and the Financial Post. She is a recent winner of the Canadian Mortgage Professional Women of Influence Award.

Leah comes from the banking industry, with a focus on strategy and organizational growth; taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer within the brokerage. Leah has provided strategic direction for the brokerage to create an ecosystem in which all agents have the tools to succeed. She has developed a formalized recruitment strategy complete with a training journey to take new agents from 1-20 files. She devised an underwriting and document hub where agents can trust their files to reach “broker complete” status. She has also facilitated the creation of a new CRM that automates the client retention, referral, and file completion process.
